My goal is to always make your recovery journey less hard and less long. And being a coach, I'm here to push you (in healthy ways, of course!), so that you can actually start LIVING the life you want and deserve to live. And I always keep things simple, because the truth is, the recovery journey doesn't have to be so darn complicated!
