SHANNON JACKSON HERE, YOUR GO-TO ANXIETY COACH!

I grew up in a small town in Maine, and although I said I'd always leave the beautiful state I was born in and never go back, I now live 5 minutes from the town that I grew up in!

​

I'm a mom to a 6-year-old little girl named Amelia, and she reminds me daily of just how far I've come.

 

I absolutely live for adventure! Hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and traveling, are just a few of the things that I love.

​

But my life used to look VERY different than it does today! I remember the day I was diagnosed with "severe panic disorder and agoraphobia" and I thought, that's it, my life is over! I was convinced I was going to lose my mind and always struggle with anxiety.

 

Everyday things used to be incredibly hard for me - driving 5 minutes from my house, going to work, stores, going to appointments, and everything in between!

I tried everything to get better but it felt like nothing was working - including medication.

​

I've helped hundreds of people to recover from anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia.

My method - healthy, small steps consistently. We don't try to force your recovery. I don't just tell you to add more to your plate like doing more exposures, more techniques, more practices...

 

Instead, I help you to understand what's actually causing you to struggle so that you can get off of the anxious loop and actually start living your life.

We work to change how you're responding to your thoughts and feelings, I teach you how to actually build trust and safety within yourself and your body, and I support you every step of the way.

You aren't just an anxious person, my friend. There are reasons why you're struggling with anxiety and these are things you can fix and heal from. You are capable of so much peace, joy, and freedom!
