This is the support I wished I had when I was in recovery!


I spent over 15 years navigating anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia.

 

And while I eventually found my way through, I did it the long, hard way—alone, confused, and constantly wondering if I was doing it “right.”

 

That’s exactly why I created this community.

I wanted to build the space I so deeply needed.

A: The doors to the AHP Community open 3 times per year. The next opening is in April 2025.
